Waatson Varadan,  Director of S V Air Temp Solutions, is a graduate Engineer and has an MBA degree from Ivey School of Business.  He brings  over 30 years of HVACR experience with in the industry. His core competencies on the Technical side  include Application and Design Engineering. Strategic Marketing, Business Development and Sales are his core competencies on the Management side.  Waatson brings other key attributes such as passion to help customers succeed, ability to:  communicate effectively with all levels ( for example whether its a field technician or C-suite executives), problem-solving skills, a high energy team player, with capability to get results in a timely manner.
